CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

(As per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable laws)

This Cancellation & Refund Policy is framed in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the relevant rules thereunder, and other applicable laws. This Policy governs the terms and conditions under which appointments, bookings and services may be cancelled or rescheduled by the Clients/Customers of [Your Company Name], a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at [ Address]
This Policy applies to all customers who avail services, book appointments, or make advance payments with the Company through any mode including but not limited to walk-in, telephonic booking, website, mobile application, or third-party aggregators.

In case of  Cancellation by Customer
a) Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least [time] prior to the scheduled time, without any cancellation charges.
b) In case of cancellation within [time] of the scheduled time, the Company reserves the right to charge [percentage/amount] of the service fee as a cancellation charge.
c) Advance payments, if any, shall be adjusted against future appointments subject to Company’s discretion.

In case of Cancellation by Company
a) The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, staff unavailability, technical reasons, or force majeure events.
b) In such cases, the Customer will be given the option to reschedule the appointment or claim a full refund of the advance amount paid.

5. Refund Policy
a) Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed within [prescribed working days] from the date of cancellation.
b) Refunds shall be made through the original mode of payment used by the Customer.
c) The Company shall not be responsible for any delay arising due to the processing time taken by banks, payment gateways or third-party service providers.

Other Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, products, or promotional packages once booked/purchased may be marked as “Non-Refundable” and the same shall be communicated to the Customer at the time of booking/purchase.

According to Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Companies Act, 2013. Any disputes arising out of or in relation to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals at State
